10 Ways Well-Meaning Parents Hurt Their Kids

In this article from the New York Times, they detail a surprising and disturbing trend: well-meaning parents are injuring their children by putting them on their laps as they go down playground slides. - Going down a playground slide with a child in their laps.
- Forgetting to strap child into stroller.
- Dressing them funny.
- Giving them a weird name that other kids will hate.
- “Airplane” and “train” crashes: accidentally smashing spoons into kids’ teeth.
- Saying “you can do it” when they can’t.
- Crappy snack choices
- World music
